Susan is kind, caring, and professional. I initially started coaching with Susan to grow my skincare business and to grow professionally in my work environment. Susan is honest and perceptive, non-judgmental, and uncritical in her approach Susan skillfully guided me in a voyage of self-discovery. What my head thought I wanted was not my heart’s desire. I am happy to say that through coaching I gained the courage to put pen to paper and found out what I really wanted was to express myself through the written word. It is never too late to start something new. I am about to publish my first children’s book and have dabbled in poetry and written some articles.
