Susan had already been a successful business owner for many years when she rebranded her business in 2015 to focus on Leadership Coaching and Business Mentorship for women in business. Susan founded Elford Communications in 2003 — a boutique agency serving mostly not-for-profits and heart-centred businesses. Bringing together her passion for excellence in communications, her desire to celebrate and promote the strengths of businesses and organizations and her desire for people to wake up excited to go to work every day while living full and amazing lives, Susan developed the Personal Balance Equation™ and Personal Business Equation™ programs to help women design their most perfect combination of life and work.
These programs grew into the Personal Leadership Coaching and Business Mentoring business Susan leads today, serving countless women (and a few special men!) to design and grow careers and businesses they love to work in. All while living full, amazing lives spending time with those they love and doing things they enjoy – guilt-free.

How do I prepare?
